SC Arc Parc Industrial is holding the License of supplier, distribution, and it is already
selling Electrical Power for Trelleborg Automotive.
In the park is the 110/20 kV Dej South station in the management of the FDEE
Transilvania Nord, station situated on the beneficiary domain ARC PARC INDUSTRIAL
SRL.
In the 110/20kV Dej South station exists 16 cells equipped at the 24 kV voltage, of which 2
are reserves, a transformer of 16 MVA 110/20kV power. Also, there is space for the
montage of new cells (14 pieces), of which 3 on the A bar and the rest of 11 pieces on the
B bar. The charging of the station in the current situation is 4.2 MW.
110 kV supply lines of the existing Station on the territory of the park, 20 kV distribution
network on the territory of the park, ARC PARC Industrial having the License of Electricity
Distribution.
The water supply Company: "Compania de Apa Somes Dej”
There are 2 pipe lines of water .One pipe line has 160 mm (6.24 inches) with the maximum
pressure of 6 atmospheres. The other pipe is a Main Water Line of 500 mm (19.5 inches)
which crosses the border of the proposed site and has a pressure of 16 bars.
The Costs for the approvals and tariffs of connections are in conformity with the current
legislation.
The volume of pipe line of 160 mm is 30 l/sec, and the volume for the main pipe is 100-110
l/sec.

The land is free from land tax and building tax for 30 years, in accordance with article No.
257, point. L, article No. 250. par. 1, paragraph 9 of the Tax Code;

The territorial occupancy plan (POT) is 70% with t he possibility of extending
employment.
The Industrial Park Title was given by the Ministry of Administration and Internal for 30

The designed building has, in principle, a function which summarizes the service function
spaces – and necessary spaces for related activities for developing any business. The
presented project propose a larger cover of needs for this kind of spaces with specific
