Participant Waiver
In consideration for the City of Olympia Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and
Earthbound Productions and its sponsors accepting my and/or child's or group's entry into this event, I
personally, and on behalf of my child and group, assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct
of the activity.
I do further release, absolve and waive any right to bring a claim, action, suit, or other proceeding
against the City of Olympia, the Olympia Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department,
Earthbound Productions, the Olympia School District No. 111, the organizers and sponsors of the
program, or instructors for damages due to any injuries suffered as a result of participation in the
program except for the sole negligence of any of the above parties.
I understand that ANY ART left in the Community Art Studio AFTER the Procession will be
considered the property of Earthbound Productions. If I choose to keep my creation I will be sure to
remove it from the studio promptly.
