: New generations in the RD Camp Season 7 showing keen interests in tax
knowledge and contribution to society

Ms. Chanatip Weerasubpong, Deputy Director-General Acting Principal Advisor
on Tax Base Management of the Revenue Department, presided over the award ceremony
with scholarships worth 220,000 Baht in total for the RD Camp Season 7 Project held in
Nongkhai Province during 21st – 26th October 2014. There were 60 university students joining
various activities in the camp, including tax boot camp, creativity technique sessions,
personality development, business strategic planning and real business experiences. Students
were teamed up to design their own custom t-shirts, and the sale of all t-shirts were donated
to needy and deserving schools in Nongkhai Province.
Prizes were awarded to winning teams as follows:
1. 1st Prize : Team RD 7 “CHANCE” from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology
Ladkrabang receiving scholarship worth 60,000 Baht with a shield and certificate.
2. 1st Runner-up : Team RD 4 “HOK MUAN” (60,000 in English) from Naresuan
University receiving scholarship worth 50,000 Baht and the popular vote award
worth 10,000 Baht with a shield and certificate.
3. 2nd Runner-up : Team RD 10 “Mayumi–ACBU 3” from Bangkok University
receiving scholarship worth 40,000 Baht with a shield and certificate.
4. Consolation Prizes with scholarship worth 5,000 Baht each for 12 teams including:
