You may be eligible for a rebate based on the date of your purchase and the products purchased. To take advantage of this offer you must
purchase a qualifying HP Pavilion Configure to Order notebook PC configured with a Broadcom 54g™ integrated wireless LAN card and a
Microsoft Wireless-G Base Station (MN-700) between January 14, 2004 and March 2, 2004. If your purchase qualifies, follow the instructions
below to claim your rebate:

3. Submit: (a) This completed coupon. (b) Original or copy of the store-identified receipt and your packing slip from your order for the
qualifying HP Pavilion Configure to Order notebook PC and Microsoft Wireless-G Base Station (MN-700), with the purchase price and
order date circled. The order date must be between January 14, 2004, and March 2, 2004. (c) Original or copy of UPC barcode for
the qualifying HP Pavilion notebook PC and Microsoft Wireless-G Base Station (MN-700). The Hewlett-Packard UPC/barcode proof-ofpurchase label is located on the outside of your HP product box.
4. Time limit: Your request for processing of your claim must be received no later than 45 days after the date of your original purchase
from the retailer. Claims postmarked or received after applicable dates and incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned as
ineligible.

6. Receive: Your rebate check payable in U.S. dollars, as specified. Allow 8–10 weeks for processing. If terms and conditions are not
met your rebate check will not be sent. HP is not responsible for any claims lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Rebate checks are
void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.
General terms and conditions: Offer good on purchases made between January 14, 2004, and March 2, 2004, of a qualifying HP Pavilion
Configure to Order notebook PC plus Microsoft Wireless-G Base Station (MN-700). Products purchased before or after these dates are not eligible for this
offer. Purchase date is determined by the invoice or receipt date, not the packing slip ship date. Your request for processing of your claim must be
received no later than 45 days after the date of your original ship date from the retailer. This offer is combinable with other offers. Offer not valid on
refurbished products. Keep copies of materials submitted; originals become HP property and will not be returned. HP reserves the right to request
additional information regarding this claim. False information disqualifies this claim, making it subject to review under U.S. Postal Regulations. Violators
may be prosecuted. Only purchases made by end-user customers or commercial businesses from authorized HP resellers in the United States are valid.
