Save money and energy with Lake Country Power's cycled air
conditioning program and cut your air conditioning costs in half!
Special rate or credit
A cycled air program is your opportunity to take advantage
of either a lower electric rate or a credit for June, July and August,
while still keeping your home cool and comfortable. By signing up
for the cycled air program, your air conditioner is cycled on and
off every 15 minutes for up to six hours daily.
Your circulation fan can continue to circulate air in your home
or cabin during “control” periods.
It's simple to convert either standard or high-efficiency central
air conditioning units to the cycled air program. All you need is
a radio control available from Lake Country Power. The radio
receiver serves as a switch that controls the central air conditioners
on the program and is mounted on your home or meter pole.
High efficiency air conditioners
High efficiency central air conditioners save you money over
the life of the system by using less electricity to cool your home.
This efficiency also reduces electrical demand for Lake Country
Power and is designed to control peak electrical demand during
hot weather.

• $300 – $500 rebate for installing Energy Star ductless air source
heat pumps
*Must be cycled: $100 additional rebate for cycled (metered) air source
