Please Read these UPDATED Rules
Split is 70% to Non Members and 75% to Members
The auction will be using a 3 color dot system with the first
color announced just prior to the start of the auction. Fish
received after the start of the auction will not receive the
first color selected dot.
Bags or items that sell for $1.00, the split will be 0% for
seller, 100% NEOFISH.
All bags must be labeled with an alpha numeric numbering
system (ex. ABC 001, ABC 002 etc.)
You must register prior to your items being taken to the inspection tables. It is strongly suggested that Seller complete a Seller Sheet listing the name of the fish in each bag.
All bags MUST be clearly marked with the following: Bag
Number, your name and phone number or email address,
the scientific name of the fish or common name (if applicable), and number of fish in the bag.
Appropriate terminology must be used: Pair = 1 male, 1 female of same species, Trio = 1 male, and 2 female species,
Mated Pair = pair that has spawned, Reverse Trio = 2
males and 1 female of the same species, Unsexed = no
idea if you have males or females.
NEOFISH reserves the right to refuse any fish that is
under the 1” size for fish unless the fish only grows to
be an adult at 1 inch, then those fish will be accepted at
½” size.
NEOFISH reserves the right to refuse selling any fish
that are obviously sick or deformed or any items that
are defective.
All fish must be housed in suitable bags/buckets. No
zip lock or baggies
Sellers are limited to 5 bags of any species or color/fin
type or item type. This will be enforced. Extra bags/
items will not be sold.
All dry good equipment should state if it leaks or works.
Once entered in the auction, a seller may not remove
the item.
No private sales, No items placed back for rebid and all
sales are final.
