Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made
in writing and received by AACCI, no later
than September 9, 2016. Cancellations
received by this date are subject to a $125
processing fee; ticketed events will be fully
refunded. Ticketed events and meeting
registration cancellations received after
September 9, 2016, are not subject to a
refund.

Meeting Activities
Registration postmarked or faxed by date listed will be charged appropriate fee.
Registration includes entrance to the plenary sessions, scientific sessions including
the Wednesday Sustainability Symposium, posters, exhibits, Opening Exhibition
Reception, Tuesday Exhibit Hall Lunch, After Glow Reception.
Split pricing indicates regular/student fees.
Note: Every presenter of an oral or poster abstract must register by July 23, 2016
or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting. Every Late-Breaking Abstract
presenter must register by August 24, 2016 or the abstract will be withdrawn from
the meeting.
