The process for preparing each student for the Applying Cisco Specialized Business Value Analysis Skills v3.0 (BTASBVA)
and the Executing Cisco Advanced Business Value Analysis and Design Techniques v.2.0 (BTEABVD) instructor-led
courses includes an additional pre-learning step.
Students will be required to complete a self-study e-learning training (ELT) component before attending the instructorled component of the training. It is recommended that the ELT be purchased approximately two weeks prior to
attending the instructor-led class to allow the student a reasonable amount of time to complete it. Please keep in mind
that all orders submitted on the Learning Store at Gilmore are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers or cancellations
are allowed.

actual class time x 2 days)
Cisco Business Value Practitioner

BTEABVD ELT Course: $230 Includes 12 hours of self-study

BTEABVD ILT Student Kit: $200 (Category C) Includes 14 hours of Instructor-Led Training
Ordering Process

The Learning Partner (LP) will set the course price for each student at a cost that represents the combined
purchase price of both the ILT course and the ELT course.
BTASBVA = $400
BTEABVD = $430

The LP will issue a purchase order with the appropriate part number, using the standard process on the Gilmore
site. The following part numbers include both the student kit and the ELT course. Please keep in mind that all
orders submitted on the Learning Store at Gilmore are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers or cancellations
are allowed.

After placing the order, the LP will receive a confirmation email for the order. The LP will then forward the
confirmation to lprequests@cisco.com requesting an ELT coupon code for 100% discount.

The reply email will include a one-time discount code and coupon redemption instructions.

The LP will then send an email to the student that includes the link for the ELT course and the coupon code. The
ELT course is hidden and can only be located using the direct link listed below. It’s important that it’s provided
in the communication to the student. Following is the direct link for each course on the CLN Store:
