Name of work: Construction of Drangpon’s residence at Punakha
As per Section 1, ITB clause no 4; Qualification of the bidder, Sub clause 4.5(f), the access to or
availability of credit facilities, it should be read as “The Credit Line amount is Nu. 2,445,160.45
(Ngultrum Two Million Four Hundred Forty Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty and Forty Five Chetrum
only)” in the BDS.
All bidders are requested to confirm this amendment in writing to the office before the submission
deadline.
Other terms and conditions of the tender document remain unchanged.
