institutional, industrial buildings, Acoustic lining of Air Handling
units, Attenuators, Plenums, Acoustic treatment of walls and
ceilings of walls and ceilings of studios, Theaters, Air handling
Plenums operating at air velocities up to 30 m/s (6000 FM) and
temperatures up to 250°C.

thus the lameela mattress is formed. Lamella mattresses are flexible enough to
take the shape of cylindrical vessels high diameter pipes, heat exchangers and
other cylindrical equipments in building industry and industrial insulation
application. Please note that we can make lamella mattress for equipments
operationg at temperature lower than 500C using High temperature resins.

Exeed Duct Liner (ExDL) is resin bonded glass wool insulation faced
with Black / yellow glass tissue in both flexible roll and rigid boards
type commonly used for lining of walls of commercial, institutional,
industrial and residential buildings behind glass façade , acoustic
insulation through lining of rectangular or circular air ducts, air
handling equipment, walls, ceilings and also acoustic enclosures,
generator rooms, studios, curtain walls, auditoriums, conference
rooms, theaters etc.

possible fiber emission assures the best sound absorption. The joining edges will
have pre-formed shiplap and easy to make telescopic joint. The external joints
are sealed air tight with self adhesive heavy duty glass reinforced aluminum foil
tape. This Duct system comply with all ASTM and UL standards.

Exeed Sectional Pipe Insulation is resin bonded glass wool insulation pre-formed
into rigid pipe sectional insulation commonly for entire utility services pipes
made of copper, steel, PPR, PVC and UPVC used for applications like Chilled / Cold
/ Hot / Condensate water pipes of HVAC and domestic services. The application
temperature of this range is limited to 232°C because the thermosetting resin
used get evaporated and this doesn’t change the other characteristics of glass
wool. The glasswool with out resin can withstand an operation temperature not
less than 500°C.
