REGISTERED FRONIUS STRING INVERTERS AND BATTERIES GET A FREE
WARRANTY UPGRADE!
What does this mean?
Owners of a Fronius string inverter or Fronius battery can choose between two free of charge warranty
upgrade options*:
5 years Fronius Warranty Plus (5 years of material, labour and transport costs coverage)
7 years Fronius Warranty (2 years of material, labour and transport costs coverage + 5 years of
material coverage)
* Please note:
- Registration possible for string inverters of up to 27.0 kW and Fronius Solar Battery.
- Inverters that are not registered will come with 2 years Fronius Warranty Plus only.
- Due to different national legal regulations it is not possible to provide a warranty model that is valid worldwide.
- See Fronius Warranty Terms & Conditions in which the above mentioned warranty models are not valid.
How does it work?
To obtain a free warranty upgrade, the Fronius inverter or battery must be registered online
at www.solarweb.com by the end customer. The registration process only takes a few minutes.

NEW - OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION TYPE 1 CAN NOW BE INTEGRATED!
The type 2 overvoltage protection and the type 1+2 combi
arrester (DC OVP type 1+2) for direct or indirect lightning strikes
are particularly suitable for use with the Fronius Symo 10.0 20.0 kW and Fronius Eco inverters.
For the Fronius Symo, customers can choose from two options
for each variant depending on the application: the single MPPT
option if both MPP trackers are connected or the Multi MPPT
option if both MPP trackers are used separately.
For the Fronius Eco on the other hand, only the single variant is
required for the type 2 overvoltage protection. Both measuring
channels can also be used with the single variant. As is the
case with the Fronius Symo, customers can choose between
the single MPPT option and the multi MPPT option for the type
1+2 combi arrester, depending on whether only one or both
measuring channels are used.
Thanks to the adjustable, integrated remote signalling function,
the system operator is notified automatically via the Fronius
Solar.web online Portal* whenever the overvoltage protection
trips. The plug-in modules allow for fast replacement in the
event of a fault. Therefore only the individual module has to be
replaced, rather than the entire overvoltage protection.

INDIA'S PV MARKET OFFERS A HIGH LEVEL OF POTENTIAL FOR FRONIUS
SOLAR ENERGY
The ninth Renewable Energy India (REI) trade fair was held
earlier this year. The event is growing in importance and
popularity every year and is becoming an unmissable event in
the solar energy calendar. For Fronius it was the third
successful visit in a row.
Fronius used the sharply rising energy costs and high price of
diesel as an opportunity to present the Fronius PV-Genset
solution - an effective alternative that reduces these costs. The
two Fronius SnapINverter series - Fronius Eco and Fronius
Symo - also easily meet the demands of the Indian market
thanks to their respective features, especially in the commercial
rooftop segment. The Fronius Symo's SuperFlex Design in
particular satisfies the requirements of the sometimes complex
and partially shaded roofs extremely well.

their 10kW photovoltaic system investment in solar this past
