development will take place over the next few months and focus on the final visions for the campus.
The developer is finalizing the core and shell and will arrive at a final aesthetic and layout that promotes the project goals and
aligns with NCR culture.
Sustainability
NCR is committed to building a sustainable, healthy, environmentally-friendly campus where its employees can thrive and connect
with the Atlanta community. The project will be a top performer in energy, water, and waste stream efficiency, and is targeting to
achieve a high level of LEED® Certification.
For example, the building is being designed to save a minimum of 1.3 million gallons of water annually compared to an average
commercial office building of the same size. This savings is equivalent to the annual water usage of more than 3,000 American
homes.
