Supervisor erection

For the erection with supervisor we send you one or more assemblers (see quotation) which help you with the
erection of the GLS tank(s). Our assembly staff teaches your assemblers the correct erection on site and also
helps with the erection.
The quantity of assemblers provided by client as well as the duration of erection can be found in our quotation.
If the helpers are not well qualified this has a direct influence on the erection time.
The assemblers provided by the client have to provide following skills to erect the tank correctly with the help
of our supervisor(s):





Speaking German or English
No fear of heights (free from giddiness)
Healthy and strong enough to work
Willing to work and team-minded
Readiness of mind and willingness to work independent
The GLS Tanks International GmbH reserves the right to request suitable replacement for not suitable
assemblers within 24 hours.
GLS Tanks International is only liable for damage caused by our assembly staff. Excluded from liability are any
damages on persons and goods as well as secondary damage. The GLS Tanks International GmbH is to exempt
from third party damage claims.
Lodging
The client hast o arrange the stay of our assembly staff (incl. breakfast) in a 3 star hotel, according European
standards. In case this is not possible this hast o be clarified with the GLS Tanks International GmbH before
signing the contract.
Board
According to the quotation
TRANSFER
The client hast o arrange the safe transport for our assemblers between airport, hotel and site if the arrival is
not done with our assembly car. (without costs for GLS)
Erection time / invoicing
The erection time mentioned in the quotation is according to estimated values incl. onetime arrival and
departure, with professional tools, capable helpers provided by client, no delays caused by weather or
environment and that the services provided by the client are fulfilled correctly. The estimated days for erection
(incl. onetime arrival and departure) are calculated in the total sum. Differences will be credited or invoiced.
Maximum after two months the assemblers have the right of an erection break (=travelling home to
Heidenreichstein and 4 days off). The costs for the trip home and the therefore necessary journey back to site
are not calculated in our quotation and will be invoice together with the erection bill after finishing erection
according to the erection rates mentioned in our quotation. We will send you replacement assemblers if
available. Sundays and Austrian holydays are generally free of work. If it is desired to work on these days a
surcharge of 100% on the standard rate will be charged. It must be guaranteed to work 6 days a week
consistently up to 10 hours a day.

We do not travel to countries for which a (partial) travel warning is issued. If the management of GLS tanks
International GmbH decides in exceptional cases to provide a supervision erection in one of these countries our
client hast o guarantee for the security of our assembly staff. Risk, danger and damage from omission of this
duty are at the expense of the customer. A list of security measures has to be submitted to the GLS Tanks
International GmbH to make a decision. Danger, risk and damages will nevertheless be at the expense of the
customer.
