Unitary Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps Application
Minimum Efficiency Requirements and Incentive Levels
INSTRUCTIONS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Complete TABLES 1 and 2 of this form.
Use TABLE 3 and TABLE 4 to determine the category to which your equipment applies.
Complete TABLE 5 to apply for relevant incentives by reporting the required equipment information.
Please attach equipment invoices containing purchase price and installation costs (if applicable).
Additionally, attach product specifications (cut sheets) that denote product manufacturer and model
number. Applications will not be processed without this information.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Qualifying split systems must have both a new condenser and a new
coil that meets ARI specifications and where the matched system performance (condenser and coil)
meets or exceeds the minimum SEER/EER outlined in the tables below. Proposed equipment ratings
shall be taken from the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) Certification
Directory (ref. www.ahridirectory.org). All projects must pass O&R’s cost-effectiveness screening to be
eligible for rebates.
