Important: Application Completion and Review Process
Additional Application Materials:
- A personal statement not exceeding two pages is required
- Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts for all degrees received are required
- A current resume is required and should not exceed two pages
- Letters of recommendation, while optional, are highly recommended
For international applicants only:
DePaul University requires that students with bachelor's or master's degrees earned outside of the U.S. submit official educational
credentials and evaluation fee to one of the organizations approved by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
(NACES). A general evaluation verifying the degree and the U.S. grade point average is sufficient. A current list of NACES members can
be viewed at http://www.naces.org/members.html. ​
After receiving your credentials, the company you have chosen will submit their general evaluation directly to DePaul along with certified
copies of the credentials you submitted for evaluation. These documents will be used for your admission review please do not submit
any educational credentials directly to DePaul University.
In addition, applicants educated in international countries, at institutions where English is not the primary language, must also register for
the TOEFL or IELTS. Applicants who register for the TOEFL must advise Educational Testing Service (ETS) to send their TOEFL score
to DePaul University College of Law (institution code 1165). The minimum requirement for TOEFL/IELTS score is 90 on the iBT, 577 on
the PBT or 6.5 on the IELTS. ​

Office of Law Graduate Admissions, DePaul University College of Law, 25 E. Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois 60604-2287,

The Admissions Committee will review your application only when it is complete, including the application form, application fee,
all official undergraduate and graduate transcripts, resume and personal statement. Once your file is complete you should
receive a decision in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
