The Customs Union Commission has decided to:
1. To approve a new version of the Unified List of products subject to mandatory
conformity assessment (attestation) of the Customs Union with the issuance of common
documents (attached , then - Single List).
2. Be declared void Single list of products subject to mandatory assessment (attestation)
of the Customs Union with the issuance of common documents , approved by the decision

of the Commission of the Customs Union on June 18, 2010 N 319 .
3. Previously issued by a single form certificates of compliance and adopted a
declaration of conformity for products for which the modified form of conformity in the Single
List, there are no re-registration until the expiry of their validity. Changing the labeling of
such products in the application of the marks of conformity is required.

4. As one of the documents for the registration of the declaration of conformity for a
single form for the products included in the Common List can be used certificates of
conformity issued by the national systems of conformity assessment (certification) of states members of the customs union certification bodies (assessment (attestation)) included in the
Unified Register of certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) of the customs
union.
5. Under the third party during the procedure of declaration of conformity of the products
included in the Common List, understood certification bodies (Assessment (confirmation))
and test laboratories (centers) are included in the Unified Register of certification bodies and
testing laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union.
6. At registration and issuance of certificates of compliance and registration of
declarations of conformity for a single form, the products included in the single list shall

mandatory conformity assessment (attestation) of the Customs Union with the issuance of

Commission of the Customs Union (hereinafter - the Secretariat of the Commission) said
information including copies of officially published documents that served as the basis for
inclusion of products in the universal list.
2. Secretariat of the Commission within ten days of receipt referred to in paragraph 1
hereof information from the authorities, forms the basis for its design of the Single List and
sends it to the competent authorities of the - of the Customs Union for approval.
3. The competent authorities shall, within fifteen days provide internal coordination of the
project submitted by the Single List. Agreed states - members of the Customs Union, the
Common project list approved by the Commission of the Customs Union.
4. A single list within five days from the date of its approval, be published on the official
