You have measured temperature in degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature can also be measured
in degrees Celsius (°C ).

Greg’s teacher is measuring the
temperature of the liquid being used
in a science experiment. What is the
temperature of the liquid in degrees
Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit?
Look at the thermometer. Find the numbers
next to the top of the red line.

The °C shows the temperature in degrees
Celsius, and the °F shows the
temperature in degrees Fahrenheit.
So, the temperature of the liquid is about
