KEVIN KAUFMAN ELECTED TO PORTLAND BUSINESS ALLIANCE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Portland, OR – November, 2012 – CBRE is pleased to announce that Kevin Kaufman, CBRE
Associate, has been elected to the Portland Business Alliance Board of Directors.
Kevin will serve a one-year term as an Ex-officio Board Member for the Portland Business
Alliance. As chair of the Portland Business Alliance’s Leadership Portland Alumni Association
he will work to create a strong network that connects 10 years of alumni. He previously led the
Portland Business Alliance’s Access to Capital Committee and is the current chair of the Urban
Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
Providing commercial real estate brokerage services at CBRE since 2007, Kevin specializes in
office properties in downtown Portland. Additionally, he has advised clients throughout
Oregon and southwest Washington as well as major markets across the nation. Working on
behalf of owners and occupiers, he has represented corporate, government, local and national
private companies, start-ups and non-profits in leasing and sales transactions. Kevin is
