Limited Warranty – Automated Valves.
CTH Instruments Ltd. warrants the automated valves to be free
from defects in workmanship in respect of the assembly only of
the components in the valve assembly for a period of one (1)
year from date of shipment.
Material warranty for components in the valve assembly, such
as valves, actuators and control devices shall be covered by the
component manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any goods damaged through
improper installation, accident, negligence, abuse or poor
operating practices.
If any goods are alleged to be defective under the warranty, the
purchaser shall notify CTH Instruments Ltd. in writing and, after
receipt of shipping advice, the purchaser may return the alleged
defective item to CTH Instruments Ltd. Transportation charges
are to be paid by the purchaser. If found to be defective, CTH
Instruments Ltd. will, at its option and/or component
manufacturers option, repair or replace it free of all charges
except said transportation charges.
The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy against CTH
Instruments Ltd. shall be limited to the repair or replacement as
provided above and CTH Instruments Ltd. shall not be otherwise
liable for any claim, loss or damage of any nature or kind
whatsoever however caused.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, is given by CTH
Instruments Ltd.
