offer optimal protection against unhealthy exposure of harmful chemicals, splashing liquids and explosions.

is based on a mature fundamental conception and offers unlimited variations and executions for each range of applications

Construction:
The fume cupboards have a solidly built upper part made of
25 mm thick melanine resin coated boards. A multisectional
baffle takes care of catching harmfull gases and a optimal airflow. Stand sockets made of polyamid help to build up rods for
stand bases.
The ceiling is equipt with a light unit to garantie a brightness of
400 lux. The lamps can be easyly changed from inside or outside.
The sash consists of a powder-coated steel window frame
with 2 horizontal slidable security-glasses and a integrated
anti dropping protection. This light-running vertical sash with
aerodynamicaly optimal pull strips is stepless adjustable. The
low-level, low-ceiling and walk-in fume cupboard are equipt
with teleskop windows so that the sashs of all fume cupboard
at least open 1800 mm above floor.
The air flow control can be installed into the right pylon.
A big range of materials can be used for the worktop. A sink
funnel is built into the worktop.
An electrical supply canal for light switches, plug sockets and
a sanitary installation panels for water- and gas valves are
mounted into the lower part. The walk-in fume cupboard and if
needed also the low-level fume cupbard has a vertical energy
supply canal on the side of the cupboard.
Underbench cabinets can be pulled out to reach the installation room. In addition the underbench cabinets can be equipt
with troughes for acid or lye. For inflammable liquids a cabinet
according EN 14470-1 can be delivered.
In case of high chemical strain the interior can be lined with
polypropylene, PVDF or acid proof tiles. The ropes can be
made of high resistant hastelloy C4.

neuberger fume cupbards can be made up to an width ( one opening)
of 3000 mm.

3500 mm during the aerodynamical test.
For work in clean rooms we make fume cupboard made of solid polypropylene.
