Fourth Grade School Supply List 2016-2017
A fourth grade school supply kit may be purchased through the Meadow Glens Home and School Association
at a cost of $50. Listed below are the supplies your child will need for fourth grade. The following supplies are
all included in the supply kit.
1 one-inch hardback binder (black)
1 package filler paper (200 count, wide- rule)
1 box Crayola crayons (16 count)
1 box Crayola colored pencils (12 count)
1 box Crayola washable thin classic markers (8 count)
24 pencils (#2 wood, pre-sharpened)
3 Expo dry erase markers (black, low-odor, fine tip)
1 pink bevel eraser
2 boxes tissues
5 folders with 2 pockets (1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 black)
1 plastic folder with 2 pockets (yellow)
4 spiral notebooks 70 count, wide rule (1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 purple)
1 pair sharp scissors (7 inches)
4 large glue sticks (.77oz)
8 pads of 3x3 sticky notes (50 count each)

Additional items to be purchased separately include a backpack, gym shoes, and an old, large t-shirt to be
used as an art shirt.
Please label all items (except pencils) with your child's name.
If you choose to purchase your own supplies, you will need to purchase the Meadow Glens assignment
notebook through Home and School for $3.00. This can only be done online through
www.1stdayschoolsupplies.com.
To place your school supply orders online, simply go to www.1stdayschoolsupplies.com and enter our
school’s zip code: 60565. We can NOT accept paper orders or checks. Your order should be placed on or
before Wednesday, June 15, 2016.
Your order will be shipped directly to Meadow Glens. School supply kits will be distributed approximately one
week before school begins. Look in the summer mailer for the pick-up date. Assignment notebooks will be
delivered directly to the student’s classroom.
