Co-Founder and Franchise Director, Reece Arcon has always had a passion to offer all-inclusive,
affordable franchise opportunities to people from all walks of life. Never shy of getting his hands
dirty, Reece built the business from the bottom up. Whether he was training Franchisees in Austin,
Texas or travelling around the country meeting prospective Franchisees, Reece puts his heart and
soul into seeing Express U.S. thrive and succeed. Each department within the Express U.S. has been
carefully developed and groomed by Reece himself. He only brings on people he knows can mirror
the passion he feels for small business and the drive to always achieve more. As such, the Express
U.S. Support Office team are a group of committed, success-driven individuals that enjoy waking up
every day to build a better business.
Company Bio – Garry & Therese Hynes
Texas Multi Master Franchisors, Garry and Therese Hynes have been with the Express Business
Group for over four years and during this time have worked across multiple industries at many
different levels. In 2012, they invested in their first Express unit Franchise and it was only a matter of
months before they invested in their second unit Franchise. After developing two thriving
businesses, they decided to take their success to the next level and invested in three Master
Franchises. Many years on, Garry and Therese have trained, supported and encouraged hundreds of
Express franchisees to find their own success and will taking on a new challenge in 2016. Garry and
Therese will be facilitating the growth of Express U.S. and passing on years of knowledge to our U.S.
team. Their passion for the company is truly unrivalled and they are looking forward to seeing Texas
achieve the same success they have experienced down under.
