requirement of BGV-C1 for secondary safeguarding is not applicable. Spin-black hose sheath made of polyester fabric. Own production.
The hose sheath is extremely durable and is therefore designed to withstand maximum strain.
This is guaranteed by its thick and dense fabric construction, which forms a smooth and tearproof surface.

SAFETEX lashing straps are manufactured and tested according to EN 12195-2.

Rope holder

For professionally suspending static loads in event engineering. Six, sprung, steel ballbearings
lock together under load. The cap nut is tightened by hand in the desired position and the steel
rope is finally secured. The holder can be positioned at any point on the steel rope by means
of loosening and pressing the cap nut. It has been licensed by the professional association
according to BGV-C1 and tested by the TÜV (German Safety Standards Authority).
It should only be used with a construction of EN 12385-4 type steel ropes in the configuration
of 6 x 19 FC or 7 x 19 WSC. Rope diameter 6.35 mm, corresponds with the US standard of ¼ Inch.
Refer to page 20/21 for wire ropes.

The clamp shall be installed between 20 % and 40 % of the cotter pin length away from the rope
socket enclosure. This will prevent that the rope is deformed if the distance is too short, or that
the cotter pin can fall out of the enclosure when the rope is released and the distance is too large.
Delivery and payment terms
1.The basis of the contract is our written order confirmation. Oral subsidiary
agreements are only applicable if they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
2.Our prices are in euros plus statutory value-added tax.
3.The minimum domestic value per order is e 50 net goods value. For international
orders the minimum value per order is e 200.
4.For deliveries to new customers we require a written order on the ordering party's
letterhead stating all relevant data.
5.Delivery is carriage paid for net orders worth over e 500. For delivery to EU countries
this applies to a value over e 2.000. Packaging costs are charged separately.
6.For deliveries from the factory the shipping costs are shown separately on the
invoice.
7.Deliveries are made from short-term, ongoing production whereby we reserve
the right to make intermediate sales. The delivery date is stated in the order
confirmation. This is stated in good faith but without liability.

8.The goods delivered remain our property until full payment of all claims from the
business relationship between the ordering party and SAFETEX.
9.Requests for returns resulting from incorrect orders can not be met. Requests for
returns for other reasons that are not the responsibility of Safetex must be agreed
in advance with Safetex and require written confirmation. In such cases re-storage
costs totalling 20% of the value of the goods will be charged to the customer.
Delivery to Safetex must be carriage paid. Special products are excluded from any
kind of return to Safetex.
10.Our invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date minus a 3% discount
or within 30 days of the invoice date without any deduction. If these payment terms
are not met interest totalling 3% above the Deutsche Bundesbank discount rate is
charged.
11.The place of performance and court of jurisdiction for delivery and payment is the
supplier's location. The basis of the contract is the law of the Federal Republic of
Germany.
