system is the same as that contained in FERC’s Order 2003-A, Standard Large Generator

The LGIP is part of PSE’s Open Access Transmission Tariff, which can be found on PSE’s

Energy’s Transmission Provider function:
•

A written Interconnection Request (see Appendix 1 to the LGIP for data requirements).
A deposit of $10,000. PSE shall apply the deposit toward the cost of an Interconnection
Feasibility Study. Subsequent studies require additional deposits.
A separate Interconnection Request for each site, or multiple Interconnection Requests
for a single site.
A deposit is required with each Interconnection Request even when more than one
request is submitted for a single site.
An Interconnection Request to evaluate one site at two different voltage levels shall be treated as
two Interconnection Requests.
