A top range of medium size shallow inground uplights. Round or square surface
stainless steel front ring use in shopping and pedestrian areas for illuminating squares,
parks, gardens, sculptures, flag poles and trees.
The lamp options include Metal Halide lamps as well as energy saving compact
Compact Fluorescent and LED all with integral control gear.
This product is available with a variety of light control attachments and two beam
distributions, namely asymmetrical forward throw distribution and symmetrical
upward light distribution. Main characteristics are low glare and the limited maintenance concept when using LED’s. To ensure efficient drainage, gravel must be used to
a depth of 17” and a width of 12” beneath the housing, and should also be placed
around the luminaire. Low copper content die-cast aluminum housing with a chemical
chromatized protection before powder coating, ensuring high corrosion resistance.
Power is provided to the integral control gear through a single anti-wicking PG13.5
watertight cable gland and 2ft of outdoor submersible #18/3 SOOW 600v power cable.
Durable silicone rubber gasket and clear or frosted toughened .6” thick glass, 2.5 ton
load is transferred by the housing to the foundation. Vehicles with pneumatic tires can
drive over the luminaire but the speed must not exceed 30mph. The distance between
the floodlight and illuminated surface should be at least 1.6ft. Recessing box in high
density polyethylene and integral magnetic control gear. Optional ADA anti slip
surface.
High power LED’s with three different beam distribution options available, in red, blue,
amber, green, and white 2700K, 3000K and 4000K. Consult factory for additional
colors. The optional touchable glass system provides significant reduction in glass
surface temperature. 1’-2.7” refer to product ordering codes for temperature rating
with and without touchable glass system.
