SPECIFICATIONS:
HOUSING: Upper –18-gauge CRS. Hole-free one-piece seam welded construction with continuous full length piano hinge on one side. Secured with two zinc plated steel latches (for easy access to
lamp and ballast compartment). Lower housing – 18-gauge CRS. Hole-free one-piece seam welded construction. Upper and Lower housing white TGIC polyester powder coat finish – 5-step
pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%.
FRAME ASSEMBLY: 14-gauge stainless steel. One-piece seam welded construction. Designed for installation in up to 6" nominal thickness foam ceilings.
DOORFRAME: 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel (#4 finish-post fabrication). Continuous angle lens retention system. Doorframe secured to housing with steel aircraft cables and (8) captive
Phillips flat head stainless steel fasteners. Thumb screws used for FN option.
REFLECTOR: Die-formed aluminum reflector – Type V distribution.
LENS: .156" C73 tempered glass lens sealed to perimeter ledge of lens aperture secured with continuous lens retention system. Lens orientation – smooth side out. Optional NSF2
Food Zone/Non-Contact FDA approved Food Zone exterior lens over glass, see ordering options (FN).
DOORFRAME GASKET: .375" thick closed cell neoprene seals door frame to frame assembly.
ELECTRICAL: All HID ballasts UL listed HPF type. See Options listing for alternates. Mogul base lamps only. Electrical connection – upper housing with two 1/2" knockouts for installation of flexible
conduit .
INSTALLATION: Luminaires shall be installed in structural foam ceilings up to 6" nominal thickness. Lower housing has four brackets for suspension from rod.
LISTINGS: ETL Listed for Wet Location. Certified IP65 per IEC 60598. NSF2 Splash/Non-Food Zone. CCEA Approved.
