Work ExperienceWorked with Schlumberger Asia Services Ltd and British Gas E & P India Ltd at India’s
the most prestigious Indian Institute of Technlogy, Bombay for past one and half year
during M.Tech project work. The aim of the project (“Clay mineral Characterization of
Subsurface Surat Depression, India”) was multiwell analysis of both cutting samples and well
logs to find out the variation of clays, its impact on reservoir facies and the source rock
potential. The well log processing and evaluation was carried out using the Geoframe
software. ELANplus module was used to determine the clay volume of the studied formation.
Having a training experience on theoretical aspects and practical applications of
sedimentology, micropalaeontology, petroleum geology and well site geology for petroleum
industry at Regional Geological Laboratory, O.N.G.C (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation),
Panvel, Mumbai. Along with, training on basic interpretation of geophysical logs and seismic
surveys were also carried out at O.N.G.C, Priyadarshini, Sion, Mumbai.
