Cycling Strategy for University of Essex
Transport Policy Sub-Committee tasked a small group to modify the draft strategy
presented in December, to one appropriate for the University. Following this group’s
meeting in January where infrastructure proposals were discussed in the light of future
developments on the Colchester campus site, a subsequent meeting was held by Essex
BUG to prioritise the proposals. This priority list has been incorporated into agenda item
8 (TPSC/08/12) and the infrastructure measures are highlighted on the attached plan,
drawn up by the Capital & Development team.
