VCMS will continue to utilize the data team process to
collaboratively design common formative assessments
(pre- and post assessments), design lesson plans which
focus on active learning for students, to select and
utilize intentional instructional strategies to address the
needs of all students, and to continually analyze
assessment data to drive instruction and check for
mastery of standards.
Instructional Strategies
VCMS will improve instructional delivery through the
implementation of research-based differentiated
instructional strategies to meet the learning needs of all
students.
CCRPI
VCMS will increase the number of students with typical
or high Student Growth Percentiles thereby increasing
the Achievement Gap Points on the CCRPI leading to a
higher overall CCRPI score. VCMS will continue to
improve the overall CCRPI score by increasing the
Exceeding the Bar points.
