Welcome to Room A-1! Below you will find a
list of items that will prepare you for a
successful 5th grade year. I am excited to meet
you and spend a fantastic year learning

Glue sticks x3
Elmer’s white glue
White board markers (varied colors)
Small white board eraser, or a small rag
Ruler with centimeters and inches
Small personal pencil sharpener
Colored pencils (Crayola twistables are
outstanding)
Black Sharpie pen
1 inch, 3 ring binder (will be left at
school)
1 package of subject dividers for the binder
Post-it notes, 3 inch by 3 inch
2 Highlighters (two different colors)
Colored markers
A blue ballpoint pen
Classroom Donations of the following would be
greatly appreciated:
 Bottle of hand sanitizer
 Container of Lysol wipes, or baby wipes
 Ream of white copy paper
 Kleenex
