PeopleSoft Project Update
 Completed 17 weeks of meeting sessions this past summer to determine UT
campuses’ business rules/requirements.
 In process of identifying all business processes and determining how they will fit
into the new PeopleSoft system.
 Functional Committees, comprised of one representative from each UTShare
campus, are meeting weekly to build business process guides,
for both FMS and HCM applications.
