Physical Properties
Phase: State of matter such as
solid, liquid or gas.
Viscosity: Tendency of a liquid to
NOT Flow. Thick liquids have high
viscosity and flow slowly.
Conductivity: Ability to allow
heat, cold, and electricity to travel
through it.
Malleability: Ability to be
hammered and flattened without
breaking.
Density: Measure of how close
atoms are compacted together.
Ductility: Capable of being
stretched out into a wire shape.
Solubility: Ability to dissolve
substances.
Boiling Point: Temperature at
which a liquid turns to gas.
Melting Point: Temperature at
which a solid turns to liquid.
