the new Action Plan against Torture envisage to make fighting and prosecuting torture
more effective and transparent?

How is ensured freedom of expression, in particular plurality and independence of the
media and protection of media outlets critical to the government from harassment and
attacks?

How does the Government evaluate and strengthen implementation of the antidiscrimination legislation? What measures are being implemented to ensure
comprehensive protection against discrimination, including based on sexual
orientation and gender identity? What is the role of Ombudsman in this regard?
