As there is concern regarding the existence of discrimination against asylum seekers based on
their method of arrival, country of origin and nationality in terms of laws, policies or practices in
Hungary. Do you ensure to remove such practices in case of their existence?

Is there any specific agenda within the Government of Hungary to adopt a hate crime
investigative protocol ensuring that victims of hate crimes have effective access to mechanisms of
justice and redress?
