Communicating is key from a personal and professional standpoint, as it
expresses how clearly we speak to convey a message as well as how actively we
listen. This workshop will focus on the importance of good communication skills
and how to effectively communicate with individuals and groups through spoken,
written, electronic, and non-verbal communication.
