How to pass a lacrosse ball:
1.Dominant hand in the middle of lacrosse stick
2. Non-dominate hand on the bottom of lacrosse stick
3.Step with non-dominate foot
4.Follow through to intended target
How to properly scoop a lacrosse ball:
1. One hand near the head of the stick (the net)
2.Knees are bent when picking up the ball
3.Head and body are in line with the ball
4.Smooth transition to pick up ball and isn’t raking it up.
When a player moves or stationary with the passing during offensive it allows for opportunities
to have the defense out of position. It also gets you out of pressure, find an open teammate or
score. This makes lacrosse a higher intensity level because of the cardiovascular endurance
and coordination involved.
Muscle groups that are used in lacrosse: Hamstring, Quadriceps, Deltoids, Biceps, Triceps and
Abdominals.
