Community Foundation for Northern Virginia – Elizabeth
Koury Scholarship - $5,000 per year up to four years
Criteria:
Graduating high school senior who lives in Northern Virginia, demonstrate
financial need and plan to pursue a career in medicine
Scholarship is for full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university
Applicants must complete an online application (available at
http://www.cfnova.org/scholarships/foundation-managed/elizabeth-koury-scholarship)
and submit transcripts from all high schools attended, letters of
recommendation and copy of FAFSA or SAR
Selection:
Selection of the scholarship recipient will be made by a committee of the Northern
Virginia Community Foundation. The selection committee will consider
academic achievement, financial need, dedication to the field of
medicine, and community service
