Annual Lifecycle Checklist
The Lifecycle Checklist provides a checklist for annual activities for the continued administration of a
production product.
Executive Summary
Describe the overall plan for the next 1-3 years for managing this product. This area can be used to point
to the Product Roadmap documentation and record the date of the most recent roadmap document.
Also include results of governance input or a service review done with feedback from end users and key
stakeholders with the goal of determining whether the service should continue to be offered. Does it:




Satisfy a mission critical need and/or is aligned with the overall mission of ITS and the
university?
Provide a way to better share, consolidate, and/or streamline university resources?
Reduce or eliminate redundant systems?
Meet the needs of end users?
