What data have you collected that address the AQIP questions that were assigned to your
committee’s outcome?
None; however, after meeting with the Outcome 3 sponsor to assign AQIP questions some data
collected may be useful in addressing specific campus sentiment about valuing people.

What are your specific action steps to ensure that the data needed to complete the systems
portfolio related to your Outcome have been completed by November 30?

Work with Outcome #3 sponsor to jointly decide how to coordinate answers and which
committee will answer specific questions.

Provide the Outcome #4 committee information and overview of AQIP and an
understanding of their role in the collection of information for the portfolio.

Divide the duty of data review and subsequent collection among the members of the
Outcome 4 committee and start collecting data.
