• Modify educational programs for under-served

• Anyone can complain to:

• Complaints need to be filed within 180 days from
the alleged discrimination.
Complaint Procedures
• If staff receive a written complaint they should
document the date, the complainant, nature
of complaint, and send complaint and
documentation to the Vice President for
Extension and Outreach with a copy to the
REED.
• Staff should inform those who make verbal
complaints how to make written and notify
supervisor of the verbal complaint.
Documentation
• Written evidence or proof of compliance
efforts and their results
• Should include names of parties involved,
dates, what transpired and date the
documentation was developed.
