Dear Sirs:
We have received your letter of June 30th together with its enclosures and have
taken your proposal to act as our Buying Agents for Taiwan into serious
consideration.
You will readily understand that we wish to proceed without undue haste. We,
therefore, suggest that the proposed Agreement for Buying Agency will hold good
at first for a period of twelve months only and be terminated on 30 day’ written
notice from either side.
If the result of our cooperation turns to be satisfactory, we will, after the lapse of
that period, be prepared to confirm the agreement for a longer time.
We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with you and will be glad to
hear from you soon.
