NEPOTISM
No employee or student in a student work program administered by the
college shall be assigned to a position in which a close relative
immediately directs the work of that individual. A "close relative" is
defined as an individual who is related to the employee as husband,
wife, father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, and in-laws of the
same degree.
