From this class, the lecturer lets us know it is an essential skill in the workplace
to learn more information deeply about English Business Briefing. Moreover, it is a
major communication mode in the business field. Through an interactive instruction
from a lecturer in the business field, we can divide English Business Briefing into
three categories—English, Business, and Briefing and also get knowledge from three
of them.
First, English is a common language over the world. Most people communicate
with businessmen or customers in English. Nevertheless, we cannot know one or two

product, topic or concept. When making a business presentation, the most important
thing is to know the material. If seller do not know everything about what themselves
selling, it is not likely that the audience or buyers will be buying.
English Business Briefing, a presentation is a formal talk to people that presents
ideas or information in a clear and structured way. Not only during communication
and coordination of an internal meeting in business but external negotiations and
bargaining with customers for foreign companies and the international marketing
businesses, the English presentation is omnipresent in the world. Besides, from
business marketing development to strategic alliance, people with professional
abilities of English Business Briefing is particularly important and also become the
key to facilitate transactions.
The lecturer tries to give her experience and take examples to make us know
more concepts and cognitions from commercial scale content to presentation skills.
Those she instructs make me further understand the definition of English Business
Briefing and integration of commercial information, which are good for us to work in
the future. Sometimes people are afraid of speaking in public; however, if we practice
more and follow the rules of presentation, giving a presentation is easier. Thus, we are
glad to both the teacher and the lecturer help guide us through each stage of giving a
presentation in English from the initial preparation to the conclusion and questions
and answers in class.
