C: I’d like to book a double room with the view of sea for
three nights. From the 22nd to the 25th of August.
R: I’m so sorry. Our rooms with the view of sea are fully
booked from the 22nd to the 25th of August. But a double room
with a view of the mountain is available. Would you like to
book that room.
C:Okay.
R:Good afternoon, Pines Hotel. Phoebe speaking.How may I
help you?
C: Hi,I’d like to book a table for 7. on the 14th of Feb, at 8pm.
R: One moment please.
C: Oh right, and I’d like a table upstairs.
R: I’m afraid our table upstairs are fully booked at 8pm.
C: Oh, that’s too bad.
R:If you don’t mind, our restaurant downstairs have seats
available . You can try different kinds of food, and we can
give you a bigger table.
C: Let me think about that. I’ll call you later.
