The Effects of Foreign Language Anxiety
Ganschow, et al. (1994) mentioned that anxiety is highly related to
learners’ success or failure of foreign language learning. A lot of study
also showed that anxiety can have facilitating and debilitating effects on
foreign language learning (Scovel, 1978). Deblitative anxiety has
negative effects on the language learning process and facilitative anxiety
was one of the keys to success in language learning (Brown, 2007).
