Minutes of Monthly Meeting
March 21, 200-
ATTENDANCE
The store managers from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West
Virginia met on March 21, 200- at the corporate office in
Grove City with all managers present. Patrick Donaldson,
chairman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the February 20 meeting were read and
approved.
OLD BUSINESS
The store managers reviewed the proposed schedule for
shipping and receiving the new line of gourmet chocolates.
All agreed that there is great anticipation in tasting and
promoting the new chocolates.
NEW BUSINESS
Store managers reviewed the proposed Internet and e-mail
policy. Lynn Tanguay stressed the importance of the policy
and providing supporting documentation on why the
company developed the draft.
Advertising and promotion strategies for the spring season
were discussed and approved by the managers.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
