College DemocratsTwo reasons of appeal- inadequate funds and possible view point neutrality
Also get funds from other organizations. They have seen their budget cut and have
created revised budgets. They usually bring about 10 people and now can only bring four.
Nathan- we need to follow our PPM and only fund 2 events and 4 members.
Kurt- Yes we fund based off of our PPM and there is nothing between you and college
republicans and they just requested different events.
We would like to roll over supplies or something to cover these trips.
We would like to go with option 1 on our new submitted budget.
Titan TVAppealing Operational funds and we had asked for them to come for a one-time request
for those funds. They would like equipment when they break down and not have to go
through a one-time request. They need it quick and on hand right away. Example with
Graduation and they needed a graphic box and needed it fast and was able to use that line
item. In the industry they have these line items funded and would also like clarification
on prizes and awards.
Nathan- You are good with the Prizes and Awards I adjusted that. With regards to your
equipment is this something you see with small amounts or large and is this 4000 a
historical amounts.
This 4000 is something we have used in years past and is sufficient. With larger amounts
we go through one-time requests and tech fees.

Reginald- How is NACA benefit RUB.
Holly- Greatly benefits because we find our artists at these events.
Nathan- We made a mistake thinking that they were going to Minneapolis again but they
are actually going to Kentucky.
Back to College Democrats for deliberations and votingReginald- Looking at the newly submitted budget is this something that we see.
Nathan- this is very unique and so I would determine what submission you want to use
for discussing.
Kurt and Michael- Fine with going off new submission.
Nathan- Now looking at the 4 trips they chose 2 events.
Reginald- I would feel ok funding College democrats of America Option 1
