Waynesboro Public Schools appreciates your interest in becoming a student teacher for our
division.
In order to facilitate this process, you will need to be fingerprinted for a criminal background check
and complete a Central Registry Search through the Child Protective Services. The requirements
are mandatory and they must be met and satisfied before your assigned placement begins.
Waynesboro Public Schools does not assume financial responsibility for the cost associated with the
background searches. A money order in the amount of $45 should be made payable to Waynesboro
Public Schools. Please do not bring cash or check.
The Waynesboro Police Department will only fingerprint on Tuesday and Friday between 9:00 a.m.
