Scavenger Hunt Directions: Your team is navigating the trade routes of the Classical Empires. You will
have a set of scenarios in which you must overcome obstacles, find products, and successfully integrate
into cultures. The first group to finish correctly will receive 15 extra credit points towards their grade,
the second group to finish will receive 10 extra credit points towards their grade, and the third group to
finish will receive five extra credit points. There are stations set up around the room, you may visit the
stations in any order you choose. All of your answers must be from the materials that are provided. No
facts that are not from the materials will be considered correct.
Scenario One:
You are an Egyptian merchant and you are creating a trading company. You are a part of the Mamluk
Empire.
