The Surreal Dragon Project
You will create the perfect dragon and describe the environment for the perfect dragon. Think
about what would help the dragon’s survival and help maintain their population. Use your
IMAGINATION and the checklist below to present your information in the form of your choice.
YES, this MUST be colored and have illustration (based on your format choice). Turn in your
rubric on the day of your presentation.

 What do they look like? Describe their hands, feet, teeth, body strength, body type, eye
sight, etc.

 Draw/illustrate and identify the environment in which your dragon lives.
 Be specific about what is in the environment; use types of biotic and abiotic factors.

 Describe the environment they live
 Describe their home. Do they even have a home?
 “a cave” is NOT acceptable! Elaborate, be creative
 Where and how do they make their homes?

 How do they make energy? Autotroph, heterotroph, mix, something different? Describe the
cycle of energy
